Welcome to Year 5
Welcome to our page. We are the Year 5 children in the school.
This term we have been finding out about life in Tudor times, investigating earth and space and working hard on our writing and maths skills.
Like everyone else on our Town site, we went to Mote Park to investigate the changes we see in autumn. Unfortunately we also found out that wasps do not like to be disturbed and made a book about the revenge of the wasps!
We are also looking forward to moving in to our new school. Recently all the children in Year 5 and 6 went to the new school site for a taster day, learning about bricklaying, blockpaving, plumbing and plastering. Afterwards we toured the new school.
