Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate

On Monday 10th September, we started our brand new topic called Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate which started with a massive cheer. When the children arrived everyone was amazed by the different designs and colours of the outfits everyone was wearing.

We started the day with some chocolate tasting which everyone was really excited about and loved. We had a mixture of dark, milk, white and caramel chocolate to taste and describe the feeling that they had in their mouths. Once we got over the excitement of the chocolate we were able to create a bar graph of our favourite chocolate bars.

After break, we played a traditional Mayan game called Pok Ta Pok. In this game you cannot use your hands or feet to control the ball. This game we found really tricky as we are used to playing football or handball.

After Lunch, we received a letter from Cadbury World which shocked us as we didn't expect this. Cadbury World asked us to design a new chocolate bar and persuade them to buy it.
