All About Me

The children are encouraged to explore and talk about their five senses:- seeing, hearing, smelling tasting and touching.

Remembrance Day

Robins have been comparing the vehicles used today and those used in World War 1 and World War 2.

The children were encouraged to build vehicles using various construction materials.

The children enjoyed painting and sticking activities to make their poppies.

Fireworks

This week we have been talking about the importance of keeping safe, as the children look forward to Bonfire Night with excitement. They also enjoyed creating pictures and paintings of fireworks using a variety of mark-making materials.

Harvest Festival

The children enjoyed exploring how the different crops grew and noticed the changes that had taken place, before harvesting the crops from the school allotment. The children enjoyed doing some fruit and vegetable printing and singing songs.
