PSHE

HeartSmart is a creative new approach to delivering the PSHE Curriculum that we use to build character, emotional health and resilience in children. We use it alongside our exisiting jigsaw PSHE program.
 

It equips them with foundational principles, skills, habits and a mindset that will improve their mental health, relationships and academic achievement.

There are five phrases that are part of the HeartSmart program and we are sure you’ll start hearing them in your home as well. They’re called the HeartSmart High Five and here’s a brief overview:
