    At our school, we are very lucky to have Mrs Gooding who is working in a pastoral and wellbeing role.

    It is more important than every to ensure you are exercising your body and mind during lockdown. Please ensure you physically exercise and also take time to give your mind a break! Have a look below and find some activities to help you physically exercise as well as some mindfulness activities to relax your mind from the chaos of the world.
